Mr. Sharma is Post Graduate from Agra University. He has been solely responsible for setting up various prestigious projects for large industrial groups in his expansive career spanning over 25 years. He is the key driving force & inspiration behind the brand and it's under his constant guidance and encouragement that Crimson Hotels has come to life.

SANDEEP MAITRAYA

Co Founder & Director

Sandeep is co founder of the company and Director on the board. He is a Hotel Management Graduate having 17 years of experience in Operations and Pre Opening Services with Hyatt Hotels, Nikko Hotels International, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Carlson Hotels, Wyndham Hotels and Best Western Hotels. He has worked in the capacity of General Manager with Choice Hotels International, Ramada and Best Western Hotels and was responsible for the successful opening of these Hotels in Delhi-NCR region. Prior to his current role Sandeep has served as Vice President Hospitality with a leading group in Delhi.

MAKIKO TAKAHASHI

Co Founder and Director

Makiko is a graduate in Hotel Management & International Tourism from Shizuoka, Japan. She has over 10 years experience with La-Forest Hotel Group of Japan and Nikko Hotels International in Japan, Germany and India. She has been instrumental in forming the Crimson Hotels and developing the brands Akatsukii collection, Crimson Hotels, Voyagers and Basics Inn & Suites. Her role is to keep a check on the brand and operating standards of the hotels.
