To maintain the serenity of the feedback by the guests, Crimson Hotels has online feedback system which eradicates the manual intervention in the feedback system and provides actual guest experience without any manipulations.
HOTEL ON GLOBAL AND ALTERNATE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
Crimson Hotels Central Reservations System will connect the hotels to GDS and major Internet Travel Sites. Almost 600,000 travel agents worldwide will be able to reserve the hotel online from every corner of the world. Guests will be able to book the hotel through portals and hotel website.
