For training to add significant value, Crimson Hotels have tie up with an international university to provide certification programs starting from very basic level skills to advance level training programs to enhance skills and confidence in our employees.

Succession Plan

During the process of training our Learning & Development department in consultation with Operations Heads at various departments will choose employees for fast track development program where they will learn the skills for the next level and eventually progress to a higher position in the organization.
